In the search for global understanding, social norms are challenged, historical stereotypes are confronted and cultural barriers are broken down. Captured here in snapshots, the journey can reaffirm the learning process at hand through intercultural experiential education.
Showcasing the global understanding process and individual stories, CU-Boulder's Office of International Education annually sponsors a photo contest including entries from international students on campus as well as study abroad participants who've traveled far and wide. The contest also is a celebration of International Education Week Nov. 12-16, 2012.
