Flu season health tips

Dr. David Lawrence, director of the CU-Boulder Wardenburg Health Center, offers up some health tips for this year’s flu season.  Although he says there’s no guarantee that you won’t get sick this winter, your best bet not to get the flu is to get a flu vaccine shot.
