- The Boulder Faculty Assembly (BFA) formulates policy and makes recommendations to administrators and the Board of Regents regarding matters of concern to the faculty. BFA officers for 2006-07 are Jerry Hauser, chair; David Kassoy, vice chair; and Tad Pfeffer, secretary.
- The Department of Organizational and Employee Development provides opportunities for professional and personal growth through courses, seminars and workshops.
- Staff Council, as part of campus shared governance, is comprised of a group of elected staff who are involved in issues of concern and importance to the staff. Officers for 2006-07 are: Cynthia Ocken, chair; Donna Maes, vice-chair; Roberta Brown-Jones, secretary; and Gregg Lundgren, treasurer.
- The Ombuds Office provides informal, impartial and confidential dispute resolution services for faculty, staff and students.
