Student Recital Scheduling
To be placed on the master calendar, fill out a scheduling form and return it with your studio teacher's signature and recital fee ($100). These materials must be turned in in person to Myra Jackson in the Concerts Office (Room A2 on the North side of the University Club). For more information and to get a form, view the recital scheduling packet. To check recital space availability, refer to the Wall Calendar posted in the hallway south of Grusin Music Hall. Additional recital space outside of the Imig Music Building is sometimes available, please contact Myra Jackson for availability.

Classroom Scheduling
Availability of all classrooms (including performance halls) is governed by the semester academic schedule. Semester long schedules should be arranged with Steve Slater. For classroom scheduling during the current semester, please contact Steve Slater at steve.slater@colorado.edu or Imig Room C103. For any scheduling beyond the current academic semester, please contact Myra Jackson.

Hall Rental for Outside Groups
Concert halls are available for rental when College of Music classes are not in session. Contact Myra Jackson for detailed information on availability, fees, contracts, and insurance requirements.
