Howard B. Waltz Music Library

The Howard B. Waltz Music Library, one of five branch libraries of the University of Colorado Boulder library system, houses one of the largest and most important music research collections between Chicago and Los Angeles. In addition to a primary collection of scores, recordings, books and periodicals, it is home to the American Music Research Center (AMRC) — an archive and sponsor of activities dedicated to American music. The Music Library has digitized over 900 titles from its sheet music collections as the University of Colorado Digital Sheet Music Collection.

The Music Library serves faculty, staff, and students of the College of Music and the campus at large, as well as the community and visiting researchers and scholars.
