Room and Board

Most courses include housing plus a Monday through Friday 15 meal plan. Meals are served in the Station's dining hall and students are housed in double occupancy student cabins, or in the Station's multi-bunk hostels. For all students, cabin reservations are scheduled to begin the evening before the first day of class and end the morning after the last day of class. Meals will begin at breakfast the first day of class and end the morning after the last day of class. There is no refund for any missed meals, or unused cabins. Those students enrolled in more than one course should call the MRS to make arrangements for any additional housing needs. You will receive written confirmation of your reservation and your course enrollment once your application form and deposit have been received.
