Prior to application for MASP, incoming freshmen must receive notification of acceptance from the Office of Admission at the University of Colorado at Boulder. In addition, applicants must declare an interest in a science, math, humanities, lively arts or social science major; reflect a high school record of academic excellence and leadership; and achieve competitive ACT or SAT scores. Students, selected by a committee of MASP students and instructors, are then invited to the MASP Summer PEAC.Eligible CU-Boulder students may apply for MASP Affiliate status prior to the
Drop/Add deadline in a given semester and then must meet all program requirements for two semesters
before they may be considered as scholarship students.
