Rental Costs

Costs vary greatly depending on the type of event, but will generally include these four categories of charges:
Facility Rental
Generally $1500 or 10% of the gross ticket sales, whichever is greater for a concert day.
Equipment Rental
This includes any equipment used for the event such as the sound system, lighting system, piano, etc.
Seat Assessment
$0.15 per occupied seat.
Labor
Macky requires renters to use our staff of experienced professionals for your event. This includes stage technicians, ushers, night-of-show box office staff and security, EMT, and custodian.
