Macky Auditorium strives to provide excellent service to all Macky patrons and we take all reasonable measures to accommodate guests with disabilities.
Ramps
There are two wheelchair accessible ramps into Macky Auditorium. The first and most commonly used ramp is located at the front of the building on the west side of the main entrance. The second ramp is located on the north east side of the building at the stage loading dock (advance arrangements must be made in order to obtain access from this ramp). Please call the Macky office at 303-492-8423 for more information.
Parking/Dropping off
State-issued accessible permit holders may park in the designated spaces in the front of the building. Wheelchair and special needs patrons may be dropped off at the front entrance ramp. For most events there will be parking attendants on duty to assist with directions. For additional information please contact the Macky office at 303-492-8423.
Wheelchair Seating
There are three designated wheelchair sections on the main floor of the auditorium. They are: House Left, Row A, Seat 7 (1 chair), House Left, Row JJ, Seat 0 (2 chairs), House Right, Row M, Seat 0 (2 chairs). When purchasing tickets, please indicate that a wheelchair space is needed as well as companion seats, if applicable. Elevator
An elevator is located in the west lobby to take patrons to the Loge I level. Loge II seating is only accessible by stairs from the Loge I level.
Hearing Assistance
Macky Auditorium offers the Phonic EarĀ® hearing assistance system for our patrons. Portable Phonic EarĀ® receivers can be used with or without a hearing aid. Please visit the west box office to checkout a unit. A driver's license or other photo ID is required.
