The Regional Recruiter for the English Language (EL) Fellow Program, which grants ESL professionals 10-month overseas teaching fellowships, will be present at CU Wed. Oct. 23, 4pm (University Club 4). This program provides an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers with a Master's degree in TESOL or a related field to gain international experience. Funded by the Department of State and administered by Georgetown University, the program has a long history of promoting intercultural education and understanding. They are currently recruiting for the 2014-2015 academic year; the application deadline for priority consideration is Dec. 31. This presentation is hosted by the Linguistics department, and should be of interest to anyone thinking of applying for this program for 2014-2015, or anyone interested in learning more about the program in general, for possible later application.
