Applying for Graduate Studies

Only applications that are complete by the deadlines will receive full consideration.

International applicants: The application deadline is December 1 for all international applicants. All applications are for graduate study beginning at the start of the following Fall semester.  Applications are considered for enrollment for the following fall semester. International applicants can click here to apply online.

Domestic applicants: The application deadline for all domestic applicants, including those who wish to be considered for financial aid, is January 2. Applications are considered for enrollment for the following Fall semester.  Domestic applicants can click here to apply online.

MA for TESOL Professionals:  The international application deadline is December 1 and the domestic application deadline is January 2 for the MA for TESOL Professionals application.  Applicants can click here to apply online.

Application deadlines refer to the date by which all required materials—including all transcripts, letters of recommendation and test scores—must be received by the appropriate office (see below). Those mailing applications must send them early enough to allow for possible postal delays.

Domestic applicants include US citizens and permanent residents. Domestic applicants who are mailing application materials should send them to the following address:
