 NOTE:  The tapes (six C-60 cassettes with a total listening time of roughly 5 1/2 hours) were prepared for a slightly earlier version of the lessons, so the correspondence between the tapes and the present lessons is not exact or even complete. The tapes are nevertheless, very useful, particularly if one does not have access to a native speaker of Lakhota.
