Biography

Rachel joined the Leeds Advancement Team in December 2010. As Senior Director of Development, she works with donors in Colorado, and also travels frequently to Southern California and Chicago, with additional territories including Colorado Mountain towns and Minneapolis. She also manages a handful of international territories and is a liaison for Leeds graduates and supporters living abroad. Rachel enjoys managing an enthusiastic team, including the Associate Director of Development (Carolyn Gleason) and Development Assistant (Anna Linn). Prior to joining the Leeds School of Business, she held positions in higher education development at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Loyola University Chicago in various capacities.

Rachel obtained her undergraduate degree in Communication, and MBA in International Business and Marketing, from Loyola University Chicago. She enjoys volunteering and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Community of South Sudanese and American Women/Men (CSSAW) based in Boulder. When not fundraising for Leeds or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her husband, running and hiking in the foothills, and playing on various sports teams here in Boulder. During the colder months, Rachel cheers for her beloved Green Bay Packers, and never misses a game.
