Biography

Liang Peng is an assistant professor of real estate in the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado-Boulder. Liang’s research interests include index estimation for illiquid assets such as real estate and private equity, the housing market, and the risk and returns of commercial real estate. Liang’s research has been published in leading economics and real estate journals including Review of Economics and Statistics, Real Estate Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, and Journal of Financial Markets.
