Kim Link is Director of External Relations at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. Her primary focus involves developing comprehensive corporate partnerships for school-wide initiatives and management of the Leeds Advisory Board.
Kim joined the Leeds staff in 2007 as Assistant Director of Marketing for the MBA Program, and transitioned to Leeds’ Career Connections division in 2008. There, Kim initially managed a team dedicated to undergraduate career programming and advising before joining the employer team to develop internship opportunities and source full-time positions for Leeds’ 3,000 undergraduate and 250 MBA students.
Kim’s past includes industry experience in corporate recruiting and retention for McKinsey & Company, Inc. (Chicago), and MBA and college admissions at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and her alma mater, Dickinson College. Kim is currently pursuing graduate studies in Educational Foundations, Policy, and Practice at the University of Colorado’s School of Education where her focus is school inequality, higher education accessibility, and teacher recruitment and retention. Kim was recently selected as a 2012 Education Pioneers Summer Graduate Fellow.
