Daniel Fernandes is a Ph.D. Candidate of marketing at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a visiting Ph.D. Candidate at the Leeds School of Business, Colorado University. Daniel investigates the role of financial knowledge on financial decision making and the factors that explain this relationship. Outside of the financial domain, Daniel studies consumers' metamemory and memory and why there is sometimes a dissociation between what consumers think they will remember and what they actually remember.
