Beth Cross joined the CESR faculty at Leeds in 2007. She teaches Introduction To Business (BCOR 1010) and Corporate Applications Of Social Responsibility (BCOR 3010) in the Leeds CESR program. Beth began her professional career as a high school teacher and coach in Framingham, Massachusetts, and then earned a Master of Education (Administration) degree from Colorado State University in 1978. She joined the IBM Company in 1979, where she held various management and leadership positions for 28+ years before retiring from IBM in 2007. Beth completed her business career as an IBM executive, responsible for directing and for globalizing IBM’s North America IT Service Desk business. She is delighted to be back in the classroom and is pleased to share her experiences as an educator and as a corporate executive with Leeds students as they prepare to become future business leaders.
