The goal of the Meditation Law Society is to cultivate mindful awareness and compassion. Everyone is welcome, from those who have never meditated to zen masters. We are a secular group, but all faiths are welcome. We explore a variety of meditation techniques throughout the year with guest lecturers. We typically meet on Wednesdays at NOON in room 300.
