General Submissions

Thank you for your interest in publishing with the University of Colorado Law Review. The Law Review invites unsolicited manuscripts throughout the year. The reviewing cycle begins each March after the election of our new Board of Editors, and continues until publication spaces are filled.

The Law Review uses ExpressO, an electronic submission service run by the Berkeley Electronic Press, which can be reached at bepress.com. If you are not affiliated with a university, you may submit your article through bepress.com directly.

Natural Resources Issue

For the past quarter-century, the Law Review has dedicated at least one issue each year to natural resources and environmental law topics. We strongly encourage submission of manuscripts on these topics.

Submission Standards

Submissions should be double-spaced and no longer than 75 pages.

Citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005).
