Information for Law Students
Don't Forget the Card!
Your Buff OneCard is your key to all kinds of services and events here at CU-Boulder - including checking out Law Library materials. It is your official university identification and as a student or employee you are required to carry it with you when ever you are on campus.
Avoiding Fines
Did you know that you can renew your library materials online? Just click on the "My Library Record" link in the left-hand column of the library website to log in to your account. When you have an overdue book, we will send a notice to your official CU email address. After 30 days overdue, you will receive a bill in your law school mailbox for replacement costs plus non-refundable billing and bursar's fees. The library is unable to waive these fees. Although we have eliminated fines on most non-reserve materials, you can avoid these additional costs by returning your books on time or responding to notices in a timely manner.
