CEES Convened Colorado's Energy Leaders to Discuss the Future of Energy in Colorado
On June 26, 2007, CEES hosted Envisioning Energy, an event that brought together key leaders from the Colorado Legislature, Governor Ritter’s cabinet, and the British government to address the progress that has been made and the difficulties that lie ahead for Colorado and the world with respect to sustainable energy and climate change.
Speakers at the event included: U.S. Congressman Mark Udall; Colorado House Majority Leader, Alice Madden; Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, Jim Martin; Director of the Governor's Energy Office, Tom Plant; and British Consul in Denver, Kevin Lynch.
