Supervising Attorneys
Supervision of student work is provided through the generous contributions of attorneys from the Boulder office of Hogan & Hartson L.L.P., an international law firm based in Washington, D.C., and the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic’s lead instructor, Brad Bernthal.

| Brad is the lead instructor for the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic and teaches in the School of Law and Interdisciplinary Telecommunications Program. In fall 2006, Brad will teach Telecommunication Law and Policy (LAWS 7241). In the Interdisciplinary Telecommunications Program, Brad teaches the Capstone course (TLEN 5700) and supports telecommunications research concerning spectrum and cognitive radio issues. Brad is a research associate working as the Silicon Flatirons Fellow for 2005-2007, a position associated with the Silicon Flatirons Telecommunications Program. Brad started his legal career in San Francisco with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. He then returned to Denver where he practiced at Hogan & Hartson, LLP before most recently working for the Boulder law firm of Berg, Hill, Greenleaf and Ruscitti LLP. Prior to law school, Brad conducted legislative research as a staff assistant to United States Senator Robert Kerrey of Nebraska. | ![]() |
