Today, speakers from Coloradans for Fairness, Focus on the Family and other organizations came to Colorado Law for an information session on Referendum I and Amendment 43 just in time for Colorado’s upcoming November election.Referendum I and Amendment 43 are two items on the November 7th ballot that address same-sex couples. Referendum I would grant registered partners many of the same rights and responsibilities that heterosexual married couples currently enjoy.
