She discussed the work of the Colorado Lawyers Committee -- a nonprofit, nonpartisan consortium of 41 Denver area law firms that provides pro bono representation seeking systemic reform for children, the poor and other disadvantaged communities; the practical and ethical issues that arise in coordinating a pro bono program; and the debate about making pro bono work a mandatory requirement for attorneys and law students in Colorado.
