Colorado Law Professor William T. Pizzi recently was recognized with the Don Sears Award presented by the CBA Ethics Committee (click here for CBA web site). The award was presented for his "tireless commitment to the ethical enhancement of the legal profession." Pizzi was licensed to practice law in Colorado in 1977. He has been a member of Colorado Law's faculty since 1975. In 2003, Pizzi was recognized with the Law School's Clifford Calhoun Public Service Award for his contributions to the "public service of the Law School and the legal community." Pizzi has served on the CBA Ethics Committee for 23 years.
