The newest journal at the Law School is the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law. This journal, with three volumes under its belt, is publishing two issues a year and exploring cutting edge issues in technology policy. To date, the Journal has already published articles by leading academics (such as the University of Virginia's Tim Wu, Vanderbilt's Christopher Yoo, and Ohio State University's Peter Swire), government officials (including FCC Chairman Michael Powell), and industry leaders (including Level 3 CEO Jim Crowe). Its reputation continues to grow and its first issue (which printed articles from a symposium on "The Regulation of Information Platforms") is already spurring important discussions in academia and policy circles.
