CU Students KnowIT! is an opportunity to learn, in three 90-minute intensive evening sessions, about digital literacy as it specifically applies to the CU-Boulder campus. The program is aimed at all freshmen students—from those who consider themselves fairly proficient at information technology (IT) to those who have little experience. The three sessions are free of charge to students, although space is significantly limited as this is a pilot project; therefore, signing up early with your Academic Residents Coordinator is highly recommended.

By participating in the three sessions, in addition to taking the first year class in the Program for Writing and Rhetoric, you will get a solid foundation for becoming digitally literate. The first year class in the Program for Writing and Rhetoric is a requirement for almost all freshmen students.

The three evening session will be offered at the following locations:

  • Kittridge Hall
  • Williams Village
  • Farrand Hall (only available to Farrand Hall students).
