1. Articulate and apply criteria such as relevancy, timeliness, validity, and credibility for evaluating content from an information source including websites.
2. Synthesize the main ideas found in information sources and assess their significance.
3. Compare new knowledge with prior knowledge to determine the value added, contradictions, or other unique characteristics of the information.
