Neither a Brit nor an "American," Mr. Bolton is now a "citizen of the Western world," much like our friend Mario Huerta. An accomplished craftsman of short fiction and essays himself, Michael continues to work on both STANDARDS and the Baobab Community High Charter School, as a loyal editor and researcher.
