You wanted to see pictures of us naked. I posed for the first shoot myself, with my best friend Brian, who's also gay, but his face wasn't in any of the pictures because he didn't feel safe, and we thought we could just get by with the body. We both started out dressed, then Brian had on a thin cotton jock strap & I was nude. I was acting out an issue I'd been working on--I called it "Dick Slave"--about how I feel so controlled by sexual attraction & attractiveness, and wanting to make that different. I was afraid to show you these pictures, because I knew you wouldn't understand. Later, I got another model to replace me. I was confused & felt like shit. I went over to Brian's and said maybe we could just sleep next to each other like we used to, and he could hold me. He said that was a long time ago, and that now he can only be intimate with strangers. I wanted to just show you the pictures, but I didn't think you'd understand. I don't really understand it, either.
