Darin McGregor ('02) went from intern to photo chief at the Greeley Tribune in just four years, winning dozens of top awards in the process. In February, the Colorado Press Association selected one of his images as the best in the state. He was the National Press Photographers Association's photographer of the year for 2004 and 2005 in his 13-state and province region. McGregor will join the staff of the Rocky Mountain News in July.
