Liz Allen ('00) is producing the 11 p.m. news at WRC-TV in Washington, D.C.

Brooks Bennett ('00) is an account executive with a small marketing-Web-ad agency in Denver called ccintellect.

Lindsay Feitlinger ('00) was recently promoted to associate producer of the "Oprah Winfrey Show." She lives in Chicago.

Jason Hoff ('00) is at Cliff Freeman and Partners in New York.

Tara McLain Manthey ('00) is an education reporter at the Tacoma News Tribune, covering fast-growing suburban districts.

Tori Peglar (MA '00), has joined the Coloradan, CU's alumni magazine, as an assistant editor.

Mister Brumfield ('01) is a production/talent manager helping produce radio and television commercials for Nintendo, Kellogg's, Turner Classic Movies and other clients of Leo Burnett in Chicago.

Megan Bundy ('01) was just promoted to account supervisor at the BBDO ad agency in New York City. She will be working on the eBay account.

Mike Costello ('01) finished his first year at Arnold Worldwide advertising working on The Truth anti-smoking, Tag Body Spray, Celebrity Cruises, and Timberland accounts. He just finished producing TV sports for The Truth's Fair Enough Campaign as well as TV work for Tag. He lives in Boston.

Reuben Hower ('01) is at the BBDO Worldwide ad agency in New York City.

Jason Maddox ('01) runs the West Coast operation for Mar-vel International, a diving supply company that recently won a U.S. government contract to supply special operations equipment to the Navy Seals and RECON Marines. Maddox also filmed an expedition to the RMS Titanic that will be featured on The History Channel in January. He also became a member of the Explorers Club.

Matt Porio (MA'01) is a reporter at the Asbury Park Press in New Jersey.

Robert Scheid ('01) acted in a national commercial for AARP. He has been teaching editing at UCLA Extension for the past couple of years as well as at the New York Film Academy at Universal Pictures.

Ben Sylvan ('01) is the senior editor at SchoolSports, a 900,000-circulation high school magazine that covers the country's biggest stars in high school athletics. He also does free-lance work for The Associated Press and several publications.

Jennifer Voelker ('01) writes free-lance articles about green building products and is organizing a photography digitization project for the Historical Society of Idaho Springs, where she lives.

Jerod Clark ('02) has taken a reporting job at KTHV-TV, the Gannett station in Little Rock, Ark.

Ian Cohen ('02) is a public relations director for the San Diego Surf Dawgs. He won The Associated Press best sportscaster award in Arizona award for the second year in a row.

Andy Dao ('02) is at Leo Burnett ad agency in Chicago.

Maya Ellman ('02) is the public relations specialist at Epiphany Marketing, a San Diego-based full-service integrated marketing agency.

Ezra Englebardt ('02) is a portfolio administrator at the State Street Corp. in Boston. He is also an MBA student at Boston College Carroll School of Management.

Evan Gibbard ('02) is a news editor for the Vail Daily.

Ben Hicks ('02) a photographer for the Union-Democrat in Sonora, Calif.

Angie Romero ('02) is assistant music editor at VIBE Magazine in New York City.

Brandon Sides ('02) is at Arnold Worldwide ad agency in Boston.

Natalia Zea ('02) is a reporter at WOAI-TV in San Antonio. She appeared on a panel at the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication in San Antonio in August.

Jeremy Boland ('03) is at Borders Perrin Norrander Inc. advertising agency in Portland, Ore.

Sarah Carr ('03) is the print media coordinator for the New England Press Association. She lives in Brookline, Mass.

Nathan Charlan ('03) was recently promoted to coordinating producer for "Unwrapped" on the Food Network, produced by High Noon Productions in Littleton.

Jeff Cox ('03) is working in production at KGWN-TV in Cheyenne.

Courtney Fransen ('03) is an associate producer at MTV Networks in New York City. She worked on MTV's "Boiling Points" show, a reality show pilot, "Blockaholics," and is working on a new reality show, "Operation Seventeen."

Laura Dugan ('03) is an account executive on the Western Union account and director of the internship program at McClain Finlon Advertising in Denver.

Scott Ginsberg ('03) is at DDB Worldwide advertising agency in New York City.

Holly Kay ('03) is the production coordinator and talent at eef Productions, a full-service video production company in Vail. She is also a videographer and editor. The company produces ski and snowboard videos, corporate videos and television shows for FOX Sports and Outdoor Life Network, among others. She is working on a half-hour safety show for Vail Resorts. She was one of three hosts for the Honda Session snowboarding event that eef produced for OLN for air on Feb. 4, 2006, and also does voiceovers.  

Brad Lopez ('03) produces the "Caplis & Silverman" show at KHOW Radio and also works as a board operator for shows on KHOW and KOA in Denver.

Tritia Martinez ('03) has been promoted to video editor at Colorado Satellite Broadcasting Inc. in Boulder. She lives in Broomfield.

Matt Miller ('03) is at Leo Burnett advertising agency in Chicago.

Lauren Modlin ('03) is an ad sales representative for the Vail Daily. She lives in Avon.

Mike Page ('03) is a legal assistant for the entertainment law firm of Stone, Meyer & Genow in Beverly Hills.

Alanna Rizzo (MA '03) left Wichita Falls, Texas, and is now a sports reporter/anchor at WISC-TV in Madison, Wis.

Sean Andersen Vie ('03) is a reporter for KGWN-TV in Cheyenne, Wyo.

Jenny Atchley (MA '04) is an account executive at Schenkein Public Relations in Denver.

Robert Barba ('04) is a business reporter in St. Lucie County at the Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers in Florida, which includes the Stuart News, Fort Pierce Tribune, Vero Beach Press Journal and the Port St. Lucie News.

Amanda Buchanan ('04) writes for Weisner publications in Englewood including Senior Market Advisor, Diversity Market Advisor, Benefits Selling and Boomer Market Advisor.

Shane Chastang ('04) is an assistant executive on the Kalua account for Publicis agency in New York City.

Haley Chitty ('04) writes, edits and does layout for publications in Washington, D.C., that specialize in federal policy on higher education.

Erin Cox ('04) is a writer for the Orlando Sentinel. She covers The Villages, the fastest-growing retirement community in the county.

Jaimie Crandell ('04) is a marketing coordinator at Breece Hill, a storage technology company in Louisville.

Tracee Herbaugh ('04) is an editorial assistant at The Associated Press in New York City, often covering the United Nations.

Anne Herbst (MA'04) is a photojournalist for KUSA-TV in Denver.

Marisa Hill ('04) is working for High Noon Productions in Littleton on a show called "Stripped," which airs on E! Style Network.

Daniel Hyatt ('04) was promoted to executive producer and assistant program director for ESPN Radio Z560. He also produces the morning show, but now oversees production for the station and continues to do on-air reporting.

Zachery Kouwe (MA '04) has joined the NewYork Post as a business reporter. He lives in Jersey City, N.J.

Jennifer Matoney (MA'04) is an associate producer for South Dakota Public Broadcasting.

Kashi Nassau ('04) is in medical school at Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago.

Timothy Schultz ('04) has started his own production and entertainment company, Bullhead Entertainment, in Broomfield.

Josh Simeone ('04), a reporter at WVII-TV, the ABC and Fox affiliates in Bangor, Maine, won the Maine Association of Broadcasters Award for best feature story for a package about University of Maine engineering student who created a kayak for people without arms.

Dave Southorn ('04) is a sports reporter for the Idaho Press-Tribune in Nampa. He lives in Boise.

Jen Wolinski ('04) returned to her home state of California to work as a director at KSBW-TV in the Salinas/Monterey market.

Frances Algeo ('05) is a news writer at KCNC-Channel 4 in Denver.

Jennifer Cunningham ('05) was promoted to brand coordinator on the Qwest account and coordinator on the Budget Truck Rental account for McClain Finlon Advertising in Denver.

Lauren Damron ('05) is an account coordinator at Karsh + Hagan in Denver.

Mike Lawrence (MA '05) has been hired as a reporter for the Steamboat Pilot & Today, primarily covering education.

Megan Reagan ('05) is an account manager at JobPlex Inc., a placement agency. She has been retained as a recruiter in Chicago by WhiteWave Foods of Boulder, a subsidiary of Dean Foods.

Jill Risser ('05) is a client services coordinator at HenryGill Advertising in Denver.

Mary Robb Teague ('05) returned to Washington, D.C., area and is managing campaign money for some members of Congress. She wrote an article for Campaign & Elections magazine.
