Overview

Hands-on workshops give faculty and staff the opportunity to become comfortable with technology in areas like web-page creation, telecommunications and statistical computing, and to learn the basic skills that are needed to survive CU-Boulder's growing technological environment.

  • You must register for these classes by clicking on the button under the heading Enroll, associated with each class.
  • Hands-on workshops are free and non-credit.
  • Waitlist positions are available. If you are waitlisted and do not receive a message telling you that you have been added to the class, ITS asks that you do not attend.
  • Dates, times and locations vary, so please read each class description carefully.

These workshops are intended for faculty and staff. Students please visit the Student Computing Classes page. There are different workshop offerings for faculty/staff and for students, in recognition of the fact that these groups have not only differing needs, but also differing resources at their disposal. Click here for the CULearn faculty support page.

If you have questions or comments, please send an e-mail to itstraining@colorado.edu.

Please note: All hands-on workshops are subject to cancellation due to minimum enrollment requirements.

All sessions are held in Stadium 192, gate 11.
