Disabling Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) for Windows VPN Installation
1. Click Start --> Control Panel
2. Double-click the Network Connections icon
3. You will get a window providing you a list of all of your available network connections. You may need to repeat the following steps for each connection until all connections have had ICS disabled. Right click on a connection and select Properties.
4. Click the Advanced tab at the top of the window that appears. 5. Make sure that the first checkbox in the sections labeled Internet Connection Sharing is UNCHECKED.
6. Click OK and repeat the process on any other available connections. Return to Windows XP/2000 VPN installation instructions.
