Overview

Rewire

From (On Campus) Residence Halls and University Apartments
ITS and Housing & Dining Services provides a single-line telephone service for all on-campus residents. Students can use long distance service with long distance authorization code provisioned by ITS.
Campus departments
Campus departments can order telephone service, phones, and Voice Mail.

First Steps

On-campus residents
Residence hall and university apartment residents will have to stop by the IT Service Center to pick up their long distance authorization code. Phone service is already on, so there are no forms to fill out or orders to fill. It's that easy.
Campus departments
Contact your communications liaison to order telephones, service and accessories.

What You'll Need
On-campus residents
Your own telephone and answering machine, because Voice Mail service is not available in the Residence Halls. For more information go to Student Phones.

Campus departments
Faculty and Staff can pick out the Phones and Accessories they want and then contact their Liaison.

You will need a speed type number for telephone activation and monthly service payments.
