Workshops
There are periodic beginner-level
workshops for SAS, SPSS, Mathematica, and IDL, and other
workshops can be arranged with Alex or Bruce as needed.

SAS is a widely-used statistical software product used for analyzing and modeling data.
Eligibility:
SAS licenses (via our site license) are available to faculty, staff and students at CU-Boulder, CU-Denver/Health Sciences, and CU-Colorado Springs. A user licensed for a university computer may use SAS on a home computer.
Platforms:
SAS is available for Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000, Linux, Solaris, and DEC Unix operating systems. (Vista and XP Home are not currently supported.)
2008-2009 fee schedule:
The fee for an SAS license valid through July 2009,
for Windows and Linux workstations, is $114.
How to get it:
Send the following information to sitelic@colorado.edu:
- SpeedType (8-digit departmental account code) to which license fee can be charged; or, personal check operating system of computer whether installation CDs are needed; if so, campus mail box address
What is included:
In addition to the complete SAS Base product, the CU license includes SAS/Genetics for all Windows licenses.
