NVivo is research software that used for qualitative analysis of rich text documents (and even multimedia data) including linking, shaping, searching, and modeling. NVivo 8 is the current version, released in April 2008.
Eligibility:
NVivo licenses (via our site license) are available to faculty and staff on all the University of Colorado campuses; Boulder, Denver, and Colorado Springs.
Platforms:
NVivo is available for Windows computers only.
2008-2009 fee schedule:
The fee for an NVivo license for the September 2008 --
August 2009 license period is $150.
How to get it:
Send the following information to sitelic@colorado.edu:
- SpeedType (8-digit departmental account code) to which license fee can be charged; or, a check to "University of Colorado"
- the number of computers to be licensed
