Overview
Tier 3, Dedicated/Dispatched Support, is comprised of the IT Service
Center, Desktop Support, ETFS, PC Maintenance, and the DACTs. Tier 3 serves
as a one-start contact point for all IT services, including telephony,
computing, and media services..
Programs, Parternships, and Services
Tier 3 is also the management locus of the Boulder Campus' Educational
Technology Support Model. This model identifies the four key IT Support
elements that ever school and college should make sure are being provided
to their Faculty, and the service offerings of ITS that speak to each. |
