Tier 2 Tech Talks

The Tier 2 Tech Talks are a new program available to the Tier 2 Computing Support Representatives (CSRs). These talks will allow you to hear the most up to date information about IT initiatives on campus. ITS Senior Managers and pertinent ITS employees will present and be available for questions. Only CSRs are invited to these events, so it is an opportunity to meet the other departmental support providers on the Boulder campus. It also provides a forum for CSRs to give feedback directly to the Core Experts in ITS.

IT Support Community Event

Tier 2 CSRs are part of the campus' IT Support Community. Every semester, ITS hosts the IT Support Community Event. These events bring the IT Support Community together address campus-wide IT issues as well as topics of more specific technical interest.
