Overview

ITS provides no-cost on-site and walk-in software support for laptop and desktop workstations to CU-Boulder affiliates.

Walk-In

ITS offers desktop support for laptops and desktops to all campus affiliates on a first-come, first-served basis at our walk-in center.

  • Location
    • Telecommunication Center, room 119.
  • Walk-in Hours
    • 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, with extended hours at the beginning of each Fall and Spring Semester.
  • What to bring and what to leave at home or in your office
    • Bring your BuffOne Card to sign in
    • Customers with desktops do not need to bring peripherals (keyboard, monitor, mouse) in order to receive assistance.
    • Customers with laptop computers should bring their CD-ROM drive and power supply.

Note: BugBusters guarantee one hour of service to your machine. After one hour, if the facility is busy, you will be asked to bring your machine back at another time.

Desktop Support BugBusters can make an on-site help call to any faculty or staff member's on-campus office.
