CUantivirus—Tier 2 Computing Support Representatives Resources
This page provides documentation, ITS Installers and the ISO [International Organization for Standardization]
image files for approved campus Tier 2 Computer Support Representatives.
CSRs who do not have a managed environment (i.e. without administrative
control of the desktop) or who are not planning to deploy an antivirus
server themselves should recommend that individual end users in their
departments use the preconfigured CUantivirus installer at www.colorado.edu/its/security/antivirus.
This installer, has attributes and documentation specific to individual
faculty, staff, and student computer users.

IdentiKey
An IdentiKey consists of your CU login name and a unique password.
1.2 Software
eTrust 8 ISO Disk Images for System Administrators
The CD ISO disk images require a read-write CD drive and software.
If you do not have a drive available, please send e-mail to help@colorado.edu.
Licensing
EICAR Test File for System Administrators
The European Institute for Computer Anti-Virus Research has created
a test file to see if you have deployed your antivirus soft ware correctly.
This is not a virus, and does not include any fragments of viral code,
but rather a tool to help you better understand how viruses are identified.
