Instructions

Before you begin installation, make sure you have downloaded the license.zip file from the Tier 2 CUAntivirus website and unzipped the file so you can open license.xml.

1. During the installation set up of the CA eTrust Antivirus ITM server, the wizard will ask you to input your personal information.  When the screen below appears, leave all fields blank and click Next.

2. The wizard will then prompt you to accept that you are installing a 30 day “Live Trial” version of the software.  Click Yes to accept the live trial installation.

3. After the installation is complete and the computer is restarted, right-click on the CA Antivirus system tray icon and select License and Registration….

4. When the console license screen comes up, click on the Import License File… button.

5. Browse to the license.xml file that you downloaded from the Tier 2 CUantivirus website and click OK.

6. The Licensing section of the CA console should now say Valid Subscription under the License Status.
