Residence Halls, College Inn, and Athens North
- Basic land line phone service is NOT included in Room and Board for Residence Halls. Students are encouraged to bring a cell phone instead.
- A landline connection can be activated in your unit for a non-refundable fee of $500 for the academic year by calling Occupancy Management at 303-492-6673. A hardship case can be requested for handicap or special needs students.
- There are analog phones available at the entrances and main lobbies in all the residence halls.

Family Housing
- Free local calling service.
- You must provide your own personal phones, cordless phones, and answering machines. Phone connection features included are: free local calling, last number dialed, call forwarding, call waiting, hold, and automatic callback.
- Long distance service with a secure authorization code for each resident
- Monthly statements of long distance calls, which are sent directly to you, while charges are added to your official university bill from the bursar's office
- Long distance service is also available. Pick up your long distance authorization code at the IT Service Center.
