Overview
ITS offers a hardware maintenance and repair service for personal computers and printers. PC Maintenance is located at Folsom Stadium 142, Gate 6 (see map below) and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (closed noon - 1 p.m.) The phone number is 303-492-8001. PC Maintenance is a certified warranty repair center for Apple and Dell products. Please note that fees are associated with this service.
Maintenance And Repair
- Computers: PC Maintenance offers full-service computer support for IBM, Apple, Gateway, Hewlett Packard, Dell, and other manufacturers. The staff is comprised of Apple and Dell certified technicians able to assist customers with computer repairs and upgrades.
- Peripherals: PC Maintenance will repair or facilitate the repair of most computer peripheral devices including printers, monitors and LCD Displays.
Warranty Service
PC Maintenance is a fully authorized warranty service center for Apple and Dell computer products. For all other brands, our technicians can facilitate warranty repairs for a fee.
Rates
The non-warrantee service rate is $85 per hour with minimum charge of $42.50 per unit, which includes estimates. You may have the data on your hard drive backed up prior to your warrantee or non-warrantee repair for an additional fee.
PC Maintenance accepts UCB ACARDs, IN's, cash, VISA, and MasterCard for payment.
Service Guarantee
We back our service on all parts and labor with a 90-day warranty.

- Parking Available in front of PC Maintenance (If the gate to the stadium parking lot is down, follow the instructions on the call box to have the PC Maintenance staff open the gate.)
