Overview
Through the Faculty Computer Purchase program and software
site licensing, ITS receives bulk discounts on some hardware and software.
Students are now "strongly recommended" to own computers while at
CU-Boulder. Departments are recommended to maintain a three-year
replacement cycle for faculty and staff desktop computers. ITS can advise
in software and hardware purchases for all three groups.
