Outlook 2003 & 2007
The ITS Exchange service utilizes Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 on the PC. With Exchange service, these programs feature integrated e-mail, calendar, tasks (to-do), and contacts (address book). Manage calendar invitations, task assignments, and your incoming e-mail all from a single inbox. You can also schedule resources from your inbox.
Entourage 2004 & 2008
The ITS Exchange service also works on the Mac through Entourage 2004 and Entourage 2008. Please note that tasks and notes are not synchronized between Entourage and the ITS Exchange server, however, Entourage does support all other features.
Outlook Web Access
The ITS Exchange service features the ability to access your e-mail and calendar information through a web browser using Outlook Web Access. Outlook Web Access includes both a fully-featured version for users of Internet Explorer on Windows, and a basic version for customers on slower-speed Internet connections or different web browsers.
