Avaya CMS Supervisor R12 Upgrade and Documentation

Avaya CentreVu 9.0 has been upgraded to Avaya CMS Supervisor R12. Use these documents to install the new software, install and connect to the CMS VPN, and to learn how to configure and use CMS Supervisor R12.

Step 1: Download and Install the VPN for CMS Supervisor R12

To download and install the CMS Supervisor R12 VPN instruction, visit "Installing A Virtual Private Network for CMS Supervisor R12."

Step 2: Download CMS Software & Install

Download the CMS R12 software and save it to your desktop by clicking on this link: CMSR12.exe
