Avaya CMS Supervisor R12 Installation

Instructions for installing or upgrading from Avaya CentreVu Supervisor 9.0 on a Windows XP/2000 operating system:

1. If you haven't already, download the CMS Supervisor installer here and save it to your desktop.

2. Double Click on CMSR12.exe (the file you just downloaded).

3. Launch the setup wizard by double clicking on CMSR12.exe and hit the Next button.

5. Click the radio button next to Install to Local PC and then click Next.

6. This window will appear if you are upgrading from the previous version of CentreVu. Click OK.

7. Select the destination folder for the installation (where the old version is installed) and click Next.

8. Click on the radio button next to Typical and click Next.

9. Click Next.

11. In the window that opens, you will have a chance to review your settings before the installation. Click Next to start the installation.

11. The following window will appear and show progress of the install:

12. After installtion has completed you will see a window, similar to the one below:

13. That window will automatically close and you will see another window that will say Setup is updating the registry... No action is required.

14. Next, you will be prompted with the README file. Click No.

15. Click Finish and setup will be complete.

16. The installation of the CMS Supervisor is complete.
