Overview

You can set up your Macintosh to do automatic system updates. To do so, follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the Apple drop-down menu and select System Preferences.



2. Once the System Preferences window opens, click on the Software Update button.



3. Click on the Check for updates: drop-down menu and select Weekly.



4. It might be helpful to click on the Check Now button in between updates.
