Overview

One of the great features of Exchange is access to the Global Address List that allows access to contact information for all Exchange customers.

Instruction

1. Tap Contacts.

2. Tap Groups.

3. Tap your Exchange account name (e.g. Exchange) in the Directories section.

4. Enter a name to search and tap Search, as shown below:

5. Tap the account you want to access.

6. The user's information will appear. Tap an e-mail address to open the Mail application with the e-mail address in the To: address.
